These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rulang Primary School Alumni Association website and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (users under 18 require parental/guardian consent)
• You are an alumnus or alumna of Rulang Primary School, or otherwise eligible for membership
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Singapore

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in Singapore
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content

• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Use our Services for commercial purposes without prior written consent
• Distribute spam, malware, or viruses
• Scrape or collect data from our Services using automated means
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content provided by third parties or other users

This includes damages for:

• Errors or omissions in content

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or S$100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rulang Primary School Alumni Association, its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Content you submit to our Services

We organize events and may partner with third-party service providers. Please note:

• Event Participation: By registering for events, you agree to follow event rules and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for misconduct.
• Event Liability: We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during events, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites.
• Partner Benefits: Partner discounts and benefits are provided by third parties. We make no warranties regarding the quality or availability of partner offerings.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy and acknowledge your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of our Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services:

• For violation of these Terms
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• For conduct that harms the Association or other members
• At our sole discretion, with or without notice

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions) shall survive.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at secretary@rulangalumni.org. Upon termination, we will delete your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
